My Valentines Day (Nirel Nji Foy)

Hi! I’m going to tell a little about what I was doing on Valentines Day.

Usually on Valentines Day people go on dates with their significant others, get them gifts, spent time with them, but since I don’t have a boyfriend my day went a little different.

It was a Monday, so I only had online school, no dance class. It was about 2:30 pm when my lessons ended. I helped my mom and I got ready, because I had to go to dinner with my sister. We ate dinner and she went to her cooking class. I went to get a few things my mom needed. Next I headed to a new, small store to buy mysefl a manga and they gave me a cute pin because it was Valentines Day. That was pretty much the only thing I got that day. Later I went to a cafe, ordered myself a latte and started doing some homework while listening to music. An hour later my friends came to say hi and we talked for about half an hour before they had to leave. My sister was finishing her cooking class so I left the cafe with my friends because we were going in the same direction. I got my sister and we went home. I watched Netflix for the rest of the day.

That was my day. It wasn’t very different or romantic, but it was OK.
