My Christmas Eve (Maciek)

 Hi guys, 

on today's blog I'm going to tell you how we spend Christmas Eve in Poland. 

So we start to feel Christmas atmosphere at the beginning of December when we decorate a Christmas tree. Then a few days before Christmas Eve we make gingerbreads, cakes and a lot of different dishes. Christmas Eve is on 24th of December. That day, when the first star appears in the sky we seat at the table with family. Under the Christmas tree there are a lot of presents from Santa Claus. We can open them after we finish Christmas dinner.. Sometimes people go to the mountains or abroad for Christmas. Next year I'm going to spend Christmas at my grandparents' house with my parents, grandparents, great-grandmothers, aunt, uncle and my cousins. I really like Christmas in Poland.

  Easter Hi everyone!  Today, I would like to tell about Easter. People usually meet with their family and paint Easter eggs on Saturday. After that they go to the church to sarifice food. In the Easter we eat breakfast and dinner together. Very early on Sunday is Mass. On this day kids look for Easter eggs and they get presents. I always spend half day in my hause and half with my grandparents on Easter. In the next year  maybe I'll see with my cousins. Because my uncle and aunt said that they would  come to my grandparents.
